 Just in case you haven't heard or read by now: Settlement ends Blackberry case (from BBC News)The maker of the Blackberry e-mail device has reached a $612.5m (£349m) settlement to end a dispute that could have closed the service in the US. Looks like the reports of the Crackberry's death were greatly exaggerated. |

Kinda interesting to watch the stocks of competitors go down upon the announcement. Palm stock fell like 7%, which begs the question: Is Palm really so bad that it requires another company's downfall in order to succeed?
