Viewer Scroll Question

Quick question. Is there a way to alter the number of lines the viewer scrolls with each press of the down arrow? I find the current full page shift sort of jarring. Thanks.

No. arrows, page up/down, and the j/k keys all scroll by different amounts. Also, the page shift is unavoidable.
