Calibre + Kindle 2 + News (partially solved)
I have a couple of questions concerning the news feeds in calibre on my kindle 2:
1. Kind of solved: For some reason when the news feeds begin to download they will often sit and show unavailable for a period of 5-10 minutes and then download. Do I have something configured wrong? -> had a new recipe made for ESPN which sped it up a lot. Still have a custom recipe that is kind of slow though. 2. This applies mainly to USA Today -> On the kindle 2 many of the news articles will show the Title of the article and then a bunch of empty bullet points. If I go to next page I can read the article, but I didn't know if there was something to correct this formatting. 3. Is mobi the preferred output for Kindle 2 or is there an alternative I should use for my output with these news feeds? Thanks for any help and suggestions!
