first post + query on book overview on Kindle

hi guys, this is my first post here! yeyyy!

anyway i come from the philippines and obviously i dont have whispernet access so there is no way for me to make a quick browse on amazon book store to read an overview or review of a particular book.

the thing is i have a ton of books now loaded on my kindle and the ereader lacks the feature of having an overview(just like reading the back of printed books). sometimes to choose what to read next i need to go over reviews since i dont just pick books based on their titles. i have books loaded on my kindle which i have randomly downloaded from amazon and i forget what it's about.

so is there a solution like
(a) automatically adding a paragraph of info as a note on each book?

(b) i convert my ebooks using calibre and i just love the software and i always see to it that all the metadata on a book is complete, especially the Comment section. is there a way for the comment data to appear on the kindle too because sometimes that field contains the book overview

(c) or am i just too stupid that book overview is really present on the Kindle?

sorry but when i first got my Kindle, i charged it for a bit, synced it with mobipocket and went on reading right away, since there is nothing else to explore with all the other features locked being away from the wireless area coverage

btw i love love my Kindle. coming from reading on a tiny windows mobile phone, i have nothing more to ask.

Create an "ebook" with the descriptions of all the books that you buy and put it on your Kindle. Then you can read the summary from that ebook. How fancy you get depends on how much time you want to put into it.

Once you have the file you can just open it and do a search for the book, read your captured summary.
