ePub to Mobipocket conversion question
I am getting closer to preparing my first hand made ePub ebook, and expect to then convert it to Mobipocket with Calibre.

I know that Mobipocket does not support list-style-type: none; though as far as I know ePub does.

So if I prepare a Table of Contents page in ePub using list-style-type: none; will the unwanted bullets appear in the Mobipocket version?

IIRC, list-style-type will be ignored, but I may be wrong, try it and see!

Yes, but ...

In the HTML/CC I currently have the TOC headings as paragraphs, which should convert without problem. I could easily change the html/css to list and hide the bullets. It will look better in ePub, but if the Mobipocket version shows the bullets I will have to change back, recreate the ePub file again, and convert to Mobipocket again.

Still, in the quest for knowledge I should do this.

Ah, well I really don't remember what the MOBI output plugin will do in this case, you'll just have to experiment. If you find it doesn't support the setting, let me know and I'll look into finding a workaround.
