Auto Kindle eBook Converter
It's on Sourceforge so its safe. At first glance it seems to be able to create Table of contents in Mobi book format if you create a table of contents in Microsoft word and save it as an html file to be converted.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/autokindle/ It is an ongoing project so it looks like it could be enhanced if required. Luv Karen |
