eReaders for Sales Presentations

I am looking for a large eReader device for real estate listing/sales presentations in PDF (or some other) format. Any suggestions, is the Kindle DX the best? (Needs a screen large enough for two people to look at together) What is the best format to self publish in?

I suggest a convertable netbook, because color would be a big plus. Dynamism has both the Gigabyte M912X and the Asus Eee T91, and also the Viliv X70 slate. Note that other sites may be cheaper, but Dynamism is a good place to see what is available.
