web based reader for phone

A few years ago, I found a web based reader for devices such as browsers phones. You converted your book and uploaded it and it would come up on a phone or pda web page. Nothing had to be installed, you just had to be able to get there online.

At that time I had a pda with a nice reader and no internet. Now I have an older phone that gets internet but does not allow most programs to install.

I cannot remember the web page of that site.

Does anyone know of a site such as I described? Where you upload your books specifically to be read by things such as iPhone and other web cell phones or web PDAs?
