Calibre stopped working message in Vista.
I just got a new computer running Windows Vista. When saving files to disk (all of my ebooks as a backup) I repeatedly get the message "Calibre has stopped working" and the dialog box asks me if I want to shut it down. However Calibre is still happily saving books. So I click on the close box X and continue.

This probably happens because the PDF metadata writing process crashes.
