Suggestion: OPF option
I like to build an ebook with MobiCreator, and then use the OPF file with html2epub to make the Epub.
Could you add as an option the ability to make the TOC based on the manifest tags in the OPF file? I've noticed that the autogenerated toc has errors about half the time. This would fix it. |

ebook-convert will make a default TOC based on the <spine> if you disable the other auto TOC generating options.
