Post Copyright Legal Discussion

I am a long time poster on this sight, and also a law student - I started a legal forum to discuss copyright issues as they pertain to electronic media - especially the effect that DRm has on the market and ownership/transfer rights

my new forum is http://www.techlawnetwork.com

anyone interested in adding to the discussion please drop by, sign up and discuss your thoughts

Thanks!

David

Hi, maybe you can checkout my thread "Re-selling DRMed ebooks: Legal or not?".
Very intense discussion, but most of us actually lacking legal background.
Would be interesting, having your thoughts about that issue within the thread.
