Caibre Server won't start

I haven't done a thing to my win/xp machine since the last time I used Calibre. Now, when I try to start the server, I get this error message:

10055: An operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacks sufficient buffer space or because the queue is full.

Any ideas?

Somehow the Windows firewall got turned on. Turning it off fixed the problem.
