A place to get PSP chargers

I wanted to let some of the newbies know about the fact that the sony reader can be charged with a sony psp charger. I got my psp charger used from Game stop for $8. I looked everywhere for a new one and no one had any, or it was $30. I had to actually ask for one from the counter, but they had it.

I purchased two from Gamestop. The $8 used price tag is much better than the $30 price tag from Sony.

If you don't own any other electronics, sure go buy a charger, BUT - many electronics use the same charger. Be sure to check the polarity and voltage (it's usually written on the plug part that goes into the wall). If your charger has a yellow barrel tip, it's the size you need.

I had two already just from other devices I already had.

I've also picked up a few of the Sony PSP Data/Charger Cables for about $2 each from dealextreme.com. They will charge reliably from any usb port (thru the power plug) and work as a data cable as well. Free shipping (from HK) takes about 2 weeks. This company is very reliable--been ordering from them for over a year now.
