Kindle DX & Photographs

Just unpacked my DX - took a quick peek at photo resolution in "Endurance" - which contains B&W photos from Shackleton's expedition - some photos are pixelated totally and some are gorgeous. Will post more later as I have time to explore (lunch break is over - boss is in next office).

BTW - this is a "DX enhanced title"

One quick note - if you zoom a picture in portrait mode, the zoomed image won't then auto-rotate. If you first auto-rotate it into landscape mode, then zoom, it reverts to portrait mode.

This test was done on a DX enhanced book - NOT a PDF.

I have the "Encyclopedia of Ancient Egypt" - I've looked at some maps & illustrations - these are displaying very well.
