Hey everyone,
I just upgraded to a Kindle 2 from a RCA REB1100, I really really really really really really really really miss the back light but I love the text being so sharp.

Hi ideas and welcome to the forum!

One good thing about the e-ink is you can read outside in bright sunlight! (not that we get much of that where I live...)

I'm sure you will find loads of information here to get the most out of your Kindle!

Hi ideas1 and welcome to MobileRead. I used to read on an iPaq but have been using a Sony eInk device now for a year and a half and would never go back.
