New Yorker Magazine Cover - Fiction Edition
The cover of the current New Yorker magazine features an intriguing take on the future of reading.

without reading the article it's hard to interpret the picture.
it can be explained both ways pro e-readers 1) if humans don't adapt to ereaders, the only people who'd read in the future are aliens, as earth has become a dead place and humans are extinct pro dead books ereaders can't outlive books |
