Cybook screen getting white on a corner

Hello everybody, I have bought a new Cybook on the 2nd of May and it was wotking perfectly even if once I had to restart it because the pages where not turning anymore.

I left the Cybbok in a box (the one you use for DVD's) and put it in a bag (similar to the ones used for notebooks) and did not use it for a week.

Last night I took it out and I have found out the the left bottom corner is white and not readable anymore.

I hav just sent an e mail to support@cybook.... and now I am waiting for their respons.

Does enybody have any idea of what could have happened?

Looks like a broken screen, but has Harry said, with a photo we can say more about your problem...
