For use in europe do you just need an a plug adapter?
Or do you need a converter as well?

Just a plug adapter. It's a "universal" power supply.

Cool, Ill keep that in mind. Im heading to Romania and Bulgaria for 6 weeks, wanted to make sure I can use my kindle hehe.
