Instructions for creating TOC ?
I'm starting to get an understanding of Caliber and its capabilities, but the specific steps to create chapters and a TOC continue to elude me.
Can anyone supply a text or RTF file that has been properly marked up to identify chapters? Also, instructions on how to create a TOC would be really useful. Thanks in advance, Tom T |
