Accessories My homemade Kindle 2 case

Not finding exactly what I wanted in a Kindle 2 cover on the market, I was inspired by artsci (and also pshrynk) to homebrew my own. Now I have something completely unique to me that has all the features I was looking for to protect and compliment my Kindle 2. You can check out the results right here:

How did you make the hooks to attach the Kindle?

Thanks, Deb! Just like artsci, I cannibalized the hinge system from an Amazon cover.

Could you tell me the materials you used? I especially like the snap at the top. Where did you get the snap? How do you attach it? Thanks for the specifics.
