feed to lrf, how do I change font (or have default font)

I am using Calibre feature "Fetch news" to grab some forum postings for offline reading.
Some forums has lots of fonts defined in their pages so after it's downloaded and transfered to my Sony Reader, some of them just too big.
I wonder if there is a way to specify font size when downloading, or simply completely ignore font size tag defined in html.

I have tried following in my custom recipe with no luck:

no_stylesheets = True
extra_css = '.body {font: serif small;}'

Oh, by the way, property 'delay' seems no effect at all, I have tried very large number. Some server they just don't like you refresh too fast...

Use html2lrf_options and the --base-font-size option

Thanks for the prompt reply. At least now I know it can be done, but exactly how? Where do I specify these options. Sorry, newbie here.. I can't find the it in basic recipe or APIs doc

OK, I found the config page to specify. This does not work.
I guess this option works when html tag/style like this <font-size:nnpx> and it will scale the number nn. but my pages they use tags like this <font size="2">...and some are 0px which I have no idea..
