Today is my birthday and... I'm 30 years old now. It's weird how that number came suddenly into my life. I sure don't feel like it!

I've managed to resist indulging myself with the DR1000S, so congratulate me and my will power.

It's all downhill from there (trust me, I'm 34 hehe), so you might as well indulge yourself.

Apparently at 27 the body really slows down in the production of certain enzymes, so you get worse hangovers, start looking older and more 'tired' and head on into middle age.

I prefer to look at us oldies like bottles of wine, getting more interesting with age as our bodies decay slightly!
