He must be pretty good at the book's topic - it shot to the #1 Kindle download in the firs day! Since it took two more until it showed up in the free download searches, his publicity must have worked.

Well, I downloaded the free book. But I just got my latest credit card statement, and I was charged $9.99! It took me some time to find it, because I download all the free books. Check your credit card statements.

Do you have the email receipt? It should show $0 when you buy it. If it doesn't then it isn't free.

Yes. It showed 0, but I was charged. Oh well, they issued a refund.

I have this on audio, and it's a good book. Not as good as the same author's New Rules of Marketing and PR, imo--that one is just terrific--but quite good.
