Oberon e-mail ...cover for Sony

I had emailed them about a cover for Sony, and this is the reply.......they are listening, so if you are interested, please email them.........

Dear Donna, We've had other requests for Sony Reader covers! We actually had a customer buy the new Sony 700 model that told us her Oberon cover worked great for that model. I believe she got a Velcro version. I can check this for you. There are only three of us at Oberon running all the operations, websites, catalog and design work so it takes time to respond to all the things we'd like to accomplish. It is our intention to monitor the number of requests for Sony and other e-books and it is our intention to expand our offerings I just can't be specific as to when. You should encourage folks on the mobileread site to email us if they're interested in an Oberon cover for Sony Readers, etc. The more requests we get the quicker it will happen!! Thanks for taking the time to contact us. We really appreciate hearing from you! I will check out the site!

Oh, thank you for posting this!

I emailed them a few days ago asking about a cover for my 505.
They said they were "thinking about it".

whoohoo!

I would LOVE to have one of their covers!!

I had emailed them in the recent past about a cover for the Sony reader. Now I'll have to ask them for a cover that also fits the lightwedge, because I always use it now.

There ya go..it pays to let these smaller manufacturers know what you want.
