PRS-700 Battery Cycle counts

Dear Mobile-readers,

Does anyone know how the cycle counts work with the reader's battery? Is it better to recharge it randomly, periodically or wait till the battery indicator comes down to last line, and then recharge? I know that these rechargeable batteries have 'n' number of recharge cycle counts before they become ineffective and die, and our recharging habits will effect how soon we reach the end of life of the battery.

Can someone please throw some light on the best way to do the recharges (in day to day life).
