Great book info web site!

Thought I'd share a helpful book-related web site I found...

On this site, you can find a list of books by a particular author in chronological order -- helpful if you want to read a series in order, or see what else you might like to read by an author you've discovered.

It also shows books that are coming soon from the author -- in hardback and in paperback. (Unfortunately, I didn't see Kindle versions listed. Since the site is a UK site, that might not be a high priority.)

In a very organized format, it also includes a brief author bio, list of books by type (fiction, non-fiction, collections, etc.), awards earned by the author, links to the author's web site(s), and books recommended by the author.

I've moved the thread to the Deals, Freebies and Resources Section because this is a resource, and is not specifically about the Kindle.
I also use the fantasticfiction site quite often.

me three this is an invaluable resource especially his links to various sites where you can buy the book used.... i only wish he linked to where it might be available as ebook but i guess ebooks have not reached sufficient credible mass yet

I also use fantasticfiction quite a lot. It's so helpful to find out what order a series is in.

These sites have been posted before, but another fun book site is http://www.literature-map.com/

lets you look for authors that write in a similiar vein.

In my opinion the FantasticFiction site is much better than the Wiki - it's better controlled and doesn't hand out SPOILERS like a casino hands out free drinks.

The Wiki can spoil your read if you're not careful.

Thanks for this link, Leep. I regularly buy books to send to my Mom, and I have run out of books by some of her favorite authors. I can hopefully find her some new favorite authors. Karma to you!

http://www.fantasticfiction.co.uk is by far the best site of this type (IMHO). I refer to it all the time to get the correct order for books in a series, for example.

That's where I go to get the covers for some ebooks that don't come with them.

I pay for the ebook and I don't even have a cover! Although the stores' sites usually show a cover... :/
