Save file include jpeg

On older versions of Calibre and libprs, 4 files were usually saved. Now when I convert and save a book it only has 3, the lrf, the original source and a opf. The jpeg cover is no longer saved. Is this a setting and if so, where can I set it to save a copy in the file. Hope this makes sense.

A cover.jpg file is saved if Calibre locates a cover image in the original file. It is also present if you use the option to get a cover from an external source.
