Mint Sony PRS-700

I purchased a Sony PRS-700 less than a month ago. Although I really like it, I'm starting to think the Kindle is a better fit for me personally and I can't justify having them both. I'm unable to return the Sony because I had it engraved on the back with a quote by Frederick Douglass - "Once you learn to read, you will be forever free." I've used the device a few times and it is in mint condition. I'm new to this forum, but I have feedback on eBay under the same user name. Please PM me if interested. Thanks!

You'll get a lot more interest if you specify a price!

I haven't voted. I'm actually waiting to sell my 700 until after Amazon makes their announcement on Feb. 9. I want to see if there is going to be a Kindle 2 released and if I like it before I do anything with my 700. I don't want to end up shooting myself in the foot so to speak if I don't like the Kindle.

I may be interested. I'll get back to you next week if you haven't already sold it by then.

You're right, Harry! I'm not very good at these things. I'm now thinking $325 plus shipping, again, depending on what Amazon says on Monday. I didn't know about the whole Kindle 2 possibility until after I listed my 700. I feel like I must've been living under a rock. Since I'm on the waiting list, I want to just wait and see in case I dislike the new version.

mrs pooky, do you still have the reader 700 to sell?
Do you ship it to Europe? In that case, what would be the final price?

Thanks.

If it is still available, how would you like the payment sent?
