Clara BW P365 slow to turn on with Bluetooth on

I have a P365 that takes several seconds, sometimes even 10, to turn on when Bluetooth is on. It's instantaneous when the Bluetooth is off. I did a hard reset using devmode, it changed nothing.

Kobo support wants to replace the device, but this would make me be without my device for three weeks with no guarantee of not getting another P365. It seems they are not working on a software update to fix, neither there is a workaround?

Does someone have any advice? I'm in Italy and bought on Amazon, if this matters.

PS: I made a similar post before, but this one is more focused on replacement process experience. Technical solution not requiring replacement are also welcome.

Do you mean turn on as in "the device is powered down" or "wake from the device being in sleep mode"?
