Kobo Price Match guarantee broken

Kobo’s price match guarantee keeps throwing up this pop-up after I try to submit a form using https://pricematchrakutenkobo.zendes...s/requests/new, but the promised confirm-your-email mail never arrives (yes, I’ve checked spam). This is new — I’ve never been asked to confirm before — and I was already logged into my account, and Kobo purchase receipts to the same address (sawyer@sfwriter.com) come through just fine.

Anybody else having this problem?
