Failed to backup up device database (Kobo Aura H2O Ed. 2)

I've updated Calibre to the latest version (9.17) and my Kobo plugins have recently been updated. Since updating, I only now plugged in my eReader and get the subject error. I've never seen it before and I don't think I was aware that it was being backed up. I've looked in the appropriate folder and there are 9 zip files in there but the most recent is from July 2025, so it looks like it hasn't backed up for a while. I don't connect my eReader very often - the last time was in Feb 2026 but I didn't get the error then. Anyone got any ideas? I've seen similar errors but the messages were slightly different. Otherwise, the eReader seems to be working fine.

Doh! Two minutes after posting, I tried again and got a notification this time that Calibre was being blocked by Ransomware Protection in Windows 11. I allowed Calibre through the control and now all is working as expected and the new backup was created as expected.
