New italian

Greetings to all participants.
I am Italian, so please forgive me if my English is not perfect.
I am 71 years old. Since I was a young man, I have enjoyed writing stories across various genres, though I particularly favor mysteries and thrillers.
I have entered a few competitions; my best result was with the story "La Vergine Nera" ("The Black Virgin Mary"), which placed sixth in the 3rd International "Città di Barletta" Competition.
That story is included in the anthology *Racconti nella Cattedrale*, published by *La Penna Blu*.
I am the author of *Centum duodecim* and its sequel, *Besinci*. I recently had both translated into English to see what readers outside of Italy think of them.
