fixing an unresponsive Elipsa touchscreen?
a few years ago, my Kobo Elipsa suddenly developed an issue, where the touchscreen became completely unresponsive. the display itself is fine and images display as they always have, but no touch is ever recognized.
it may have been due to some physical damage, I don't remember. anyway, I've left the thing my drawer ever since, but now I'd really like to know if it's possible to fix it. I always liked this size for reading PDFs and such. should I go and buy replacement parts? would a local shop be able to fix something like this? |
