[Plugin] InkSurf – a real web browser for KOReader (NetSurf engine)

InkSurf: a KOReader plugin that embeds the NetSurf engine and
drives it on the e-ink framebuffer.

What it does:
• Renders real pages (limited JavaScript via Duktape), logins, forms, images.
• Custom e-ink touch toolbar (back/forward/reload/reader/minimize/close).
• Type into the URL bar AND into in-page fields using KOReader's own keyboard —
the browser stays frozen in the background and the typed text is injected into
the focused field (existing content is loaded and replaced).
• Minimize/resume, pinch-zoom, drag-to-pan.
• Local, private reader mode (no third-party extraction service).
• Downloads to koreader/documents; .torrent handed to a built-in aria2 manager.
• azw3 → EPUB conversion; OpenVPN (any provider) with kill-switch; hosts-based
ad/tracker blocking.
• UI in English / Hungarian / German.
• Self-contained: everything lives in the plugin's own data/ folder.

Tested on: jailbroken Paperwhite, MTK / hwtcon_v2 (PW5/PW6 class), with KOReader.
Other models may need changes to the framebuffer surface.

Install: grab the zip from Releases, drop inksurf.koplugin into koreader/plugins/,
restart KOReader. The NetSurf engine is built from source via GitHub Actions
(build.sh is included). GPL-2.0-or-later; third-party components credited in the
repo.

You should rename it to inksurf.koplugin. cuz it doesn't show up in appstore

And there is a problem with sleep 0.3 it's crashing bcz of that

or adding the topic koreader-plugin on github, that also gets it in appstore and storefront

Thanks! A few updates:
- Renamed to inksurf.koplugin already (v1.0.1) and added the koreader-plugin topic, so it should show up now.
- v1.0.2 fixes the sleep 0.3 crash on older devices
- PW3 isn't supported yet, it's a non-MTK device, so it needs a separate build, contributions welcome.
