[Update] 2026-10-21 - Custom scrollbar, Calibre-Web (Automated), quick sync, more

Added a new custom scrollbar in the library browser that shows letters/other relevant data to give you a quick way of scrolling to the correct place. The app can now connect to Calibre-Web and Calibre-Web Automated, and book sources can be synced faster with the new quick sync option. I have also improved how books with multiple formats are handled, and added translations to five new languages.

• Added translations for Ukrainian, Turkish, Romanian, Bulgarian and Greek.
• Added support for Calibre-Web and Calibre-Web Automated as book sources.
• Added a new quick sync mode for book sources. Enable it in the Calibre settings.
• Added a custom scrollbar to the library browser, with section labels you can tap to jump to a group, and a thumb you can drag to move quickly through the library.
• Added 'Manually added books' as a distinct book source in the book sources page, to easily browse and manage books that were added manually.
• Improved handling of multiple formats for the same book.
• Fixed a continuous slowdown when downloading thousands of books in one session.
• Fixed the home page statistics section not refreshing when changing language.
• Fixed a rounding error when calculating which year stats items at the border between years belongs to.
• Fixed a bug where partially cancelled multi-finger events could prevent future touch events while reading a book.
• Fixed the initial language screen not correctly switching languages when it was initially set to a non-English device locale.
• Adding a book source from the home page now opens it after connecting, instead of doing nothing.
• Lots of boring, but useful work on automated UI tests, which should make it easier to keep bugs out of the public releases.
