Help with my library

I have a custom column in my main library labeled "Queue". When I copy a book I want to read into my working library the green checkmark in the Queue column ends up in my "Read" column in my working library. I just have to remember to uncheck this column before I copy it so no big deal but I would prefer it to not behave this way. What am I doing wrong?

Custom columns have 2 parts: 1) is the visible Label (you can change that later) 2)the column name the starts with #. Yo can't change that or the type. I suspect both Libraries have the same #name, so the copy/move sets the tick.
