Howdy, folks: Background info cause..ya know...it's abouta time, thas whut I'm a sayin' ta yas.

I came up with the idea for this flash fiction. I then wrote the story. I edited the story. I puzzled over the story. I had doubts about certain words here and there, about paragraphs and punctuation. The story came entirely from me. I did ALL the work. And it was quite rewarding. My mind created it. And I am proud.

So: this flash fiction piece appeared in a webzine, one that also includes additional fiction by other writers, "etc.", (as John Barth would say).

The price of the magazine is about one-sixth the cost of a cappuccino.
