Download METADATA error

Hello,
First of all sorry if i'm not in the right section.

When i try to update metadata i have error like : "Impossible to find a book matching your search. Try to make a less specific search. For example, use only the author's last name and a distinctive word from the title.
To see the entire log, click 'Show details'"

This is my translation from french message. The parameter i have on this book are : Title and author i don't no how to fix this...

I have tryed to modify all parameter of metadata search but unsuccessfull.

Thanks for all help you can provide to find an solution, i hope this is an stupid manipualtion / option i have setup it the cause of all this trouble.

Is it the Calibre library the OP is searching, or trying to download online metadata?
