How to use KOReader full screen on Android with camera cut-out

It took me some time to figure out how to use KOReader in real full screen mode on Android devices with a camera cut-out. I always had an ugly solid black bar on top that bothered me.

To use KOReader in real full screen mode you have to use the adb command:

adb shell am compat enable 332679525 org.koreader.launcher

But then there's some space on the bottom. To fix this you can create a really small patch:

screen.height = screen.height + X

Replace X with the number of pixels (for example 170). To determinate the pixel number just make a screenshot when in KOReader and cut out the free space at the bottom for example in irfan view. Then use the height of this cut out as value for X.
Name the patch "1-full-screen.lua" (or whatever, just male sure it starts with "1-" [or "10-" or "11-" et cetera] and ends with ".lua") and put it in the patch folder in root/koreader/patches. If the folder "patches" isn't there just create a new folder. Patches only work if you use the apk from KOReader's github page, not with the F-Droid version.
