Pocketbook Inkpad Color 3 frozen

As described in title, left it on charger and when i got back home it was stuck on home page with full charge battery view so i assume it froze after the charge was completed.

I tried 10 secs power button, 30 secs power button press. I did these connected to the wall charger and not connected to the wall charger.

Also tried 30 secs connected to the pc and nothing. Pc does not recognize it and no light on the device when i plug the charger. Is there anything i can do or does this sound like its bricked and need to contact warranty?
