Hello Dear members,

I have a problem with a Kobo image being stuck, device seems not to boot or react anymore.

Problem:
- While reading a comic in KoReader device got stuck, screen does not refresh anymore.

Things I tried:
- Long pressing power button ~3 seconds turns on the backlight and it can be turned off afterwards
- Long pressing power button 20 | 40 | 60 seconds has no visual effect. Just the LED starts blinking
- Intermittently pressing the power button for 5 seconds ON x 3 times
- Long pressing the pinhole reset button has no visual effect.
- Connecting to wall charger has no visual effect
- Connecting to PC makes the LED to blink for ~5 secs and turns ON the backlight
- Connecting to PC sometimes makes the device detected Windows ping, but nothing shows in device manager
- Removed the Battery plug for ~20 mins and reconnected - no visual effect
- I have replaced the SD Card with a new SD card, with an image provided here on the forum

Does anyone have any suggestions on what else should I check ?
