Add Swap Author to Edit Metadata Individually

Would it be possible to add the "Swap Author LN FN -> FN LN"Featu function to the right button drop down in the edit metadata individually page? This would avoid the need to go out of the edit function and use the Quality Check function.

That function is one of many included in the Quality check Plugin: Fix section
The main section can find those with problems.
Not Fix can not correct a split author set (1 correct, the other wrong). That is a manual job
