Hi,
I hope every is doing great. I stumbled upon this site trying to repair my Kobo N236 Aura Edition 2 V2 I have three readers in the house, the Kobo Aura, a Kindle 5.6.1. and a Kobo Sage. I hope to find advice here how to jail break the Kindle which Amazon no longer maintains (as you must already know). It works perfectly and I can't bring myself to throw away things that still work. I'm not much of a geek. I am a Linux user since 2008 and I'm familiar shell commands. I'm retired and spent my early career as a software developer, back before Internet ! Boz |

Welcome to MobileRead!
You don't have to jailbreak your Kindle to read books on it. If you sideload via USB, the books must be either MOBI or AZW3, not EPUB, but it's easy enough to convert books with Calibre. |
