Cannot move toolbar icons in the editor
I'm running 9.14 on Windows 11. I go to Edit > Preferences > Toolbars and I select Book wide tools from third party plugins. I try to change the order and in the requestor, I can move the icon I want to move and after I click OK, nothing is moved on the toolbar.
