Free Word to EPUB converter, browser-based, no account

Sharing something I built rather than asking a question. Happy to take it down if this isn't the right spot.

I kept running into the same problem: a Word document with proper Heading 1 chapters gets mangled by most converters into one giant unstructured chapter, and the ones that work well either cost money or need a desktop install. So I built a free one that runs entirely in the browser.

You upload a .docx, it reads the Heading 1 styles as chapter breaks, builds a real table of contents, and hands back a standard EPUB 3 that opens fine on Kindle, Kobo, and every e-reader I've tested it on. No account, no email, no watermark. The file is converted and discarded server-side, nothing is kept.

It's part of a small site I run, FabaShelf, where authors sell audiobooks and ebooks direct and keep 90% of the sale. The converter came out of building that, and it stands on its own now. Genuinely curious if it handles anyone's edge cases (footnotes, images, nested lists) the way it should. I'd rather hear about breakage now than have someone quietly bounce off it.
