FR/Bug: User hyphenation overrides ignored if matching dictionary defaults & rendering priorities

Description:

Hi KOReader Team,

While using the in-app "Hyphenation" popup on a PocketBook device to fix persistent broken line breaks, I noticed a fundamental UI/engine logic issue regarding custom hyphenation exceptions.

1. The UI Exception Trigger Problem:

If the popup suggests a grammatically correct pattern (e.g., Plötz-lich), clicking Save does not write a custom rule to hyph_de_user.txt because Crengine recognizes it as identical to the standard dictionary (hyph_de.dic).

Consequently, the user is forced to introduce artificial/incorrect modifications (e.g., Plötzlic-h or changing characters) just to force KOReader to register a user override.

2. Rendering Engine Conflict:

Even when a user rule is successfully saved, Crengine frequently discards the custom rule if page geometry or strictness limits are slightly exceeded, falling back to non-hyphenation instead of giving the user-defined rule absolute rendering priority.

Suggested Improvements:

Explicit Save: Whenever a user manually presses "Save" in the hyphenation popup, KOReader should unconditionally write that word into the user's custom dictionary file, even if the pattern matches default dictionary suggestions.

Priority Weighting: User-defined rules in hyph_de_user.txt should be given higher priority by Crengine over standard dictionary limits when calculating line breaks.
