User "Gordy" joined IRC, wondering about a ban

Not sure if anyone still hangs out on the mobileread irc server, but I do!

mobilereader36 recently joined and said they had been banned, and didn't know why. I'll paste the logs below.

The user was banned for posting porn spam two days ago, after a posting hiatus of ten years (and only two posts). Presumably the account was hacked, but there seemed no reason not to ban it outright.

On the chance that this is all highly coincidental and legitimate, I’ve unbanned the account, restored the non-spam posts and changed the account password, which can be changed in turn by the user via email. I’ve also put the account into auto-moderation, so for the time being, all posts will need to be approved before appearing.
