'Check book' customization

Hi, @Kovid.

There are a few checks that I would like Check book to skip. I found the Stylelint configuration file (..resource/stylelint.js) and managed to do my changes. However, I could not get the Editor to use my modified version in the user config directory. It only works if I edit the file in the installation folder, which means it will be overwritten after an update.

Also, since Stylelint is responsible for only a few checks, is there a similar configuration file for the others, or are they defined directly in the editor's code?

stylelint.js is not meant to be user overridable and yes in general checks are defined in code not resource files (stylelint.js is also actually code)
