Ctrl+Click in class name bug

@Kovid,

I've noticed a bug in the class jump feature: if a @charset rule exists, then it jumps to the next rule down the stylesheet. In the example below, if Ctrl+Click the 'rule-1' in the HTML, then it jumps to 'rule-2' instead.

@charset "utf-8";
.rule-1 {...}
.rule-2 {...}
