Go 7 Dictionary Problem

I have two Boox readers - a Poke 5 and a Go 7. If I press and hold a word in the Poke 5, a dictionary definition pops up. However, if I do the same in the Go 7, the word is highlighted, but no dictionary definition appears. The dictionary is installed: if I go to the Apps screen and open it, I can look a word up. But that's a bit of a pain. Having a definition available without leaving the book I'm reading would be advantageous.

I'm guessing that I have something misconfigured, but I don't know what. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be grateful.

In case anyone cares...

I see that my query has had several hundred views, but no replies. I take that to mean that nobody here was able to tell me what I'd got wrong. That seems to imply that I hadn't got anything wrong, so I gave in and tried the brute-force approach: a factory reset.

Obviously, that's a bit of a PITN, what with having to reload my entire libray to the device.

The good news is that it was effective. Inelegant, but effective. Dictionary pop-ups are now working in NeoReader. Hooray!
